Is it time for an appointment?
We give our patients exceptional service from two convenient locations. If you have any questions or concerns about your dental health or would just like a regular checkup, please do not hesitate to call us and schedule an appointment online.
We look forward to meeting you!
Our entire team is committed to providing a comfortable atmosphere and building trust and confidence with every patient that visits us. We welcome you to our dental family and look forward to seeing you at your first appointment.
Your first visit
The first visit to our office is designed to properly diagnose your immediate dental concerns, review your past medical and dental history, create a treatment plan to optimize your dental health, and introduce you to our caring team. We will perform a complete oral exam, including x-rays, to determine which preventative or immediate measures need to be taken for your optimal dental health, and prepare an action plan for any conditions you may have, with regular check ups and maintenance to ensure full recovery.
Appointments and cancellations:
Our dental office notifies our patients of their upcoming dental care appointment two weeks prior to their scheduled appointment date. Patients who schedule appointments early can usually choose a date and time to suit their schedule. As a courtesy to our patients we are also happy to provide you with a reminder two days before the appointment. It is important that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask for two business days notice so we have time to schedule another patient in need of care. For missed appointments without notice, a fee may apply.
We base our fees on the current Ontario suggested fee guide, our fees are a reflection of the clinical expertise and quality of care you will receive. We ask for payment in full at each visit. For your convenience we accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Debit. We are happy to offer our patients a pre-estimate of treatment fees, which can be sent to your insurance company for confirmation of your coverage.
A word on dental insurance:
If you are fortunate to have dental benefits, we would be happy to process your insurance claims electronically on your behalf, if your company accepts electronic submissions. However, please remember that you are responsible for complete payment of your account and the insurance company will reimburse you their portion directly.
Dental benefits vary from company to company and policy to policy. Your particular dental plan may not cover the full extent of the cost of your dental treatment. Dental benefit companies do not inform dental offices of policy coverage or changes to your plan. We would be happy to assist you in what type of questions you should ask your company so that you are familiar with your plan. We are here to help you!
